Longer coverage, different event types or a larger scope receive a separate tailored quote and may cost more. Travel, extra venues, rush delivery, retouching and licensing needs are agreed before booking. The written quote confirms the final deliverables.
The starting package
Standard coverage is three hours, one photographer and one venue, with 60 edited images. The standard package is CAD 900–1,000 before applicable tax. Expanded coverage is quoted separately and can exceed that range.

Share the event schedule, key people, must-have photographs and any venue restrictions. Identify a contact person for the day and discuss privacy or no-photo requests before coverage begins.
Travel and extended coverage
Events outside Ottawa–Gatineau are available by arrangement. Return travel distance and time, parking, tolls, accommodation, extra hours or venues, rush delivery, additional retouching and licensing are itemized when relevant.
Delivery and confirmation
The starting delivery plan is 60 edited images within 21 days. The written quote confirms the full scope, delivery method, timeline, tax and extras before any booking or payment. An inquiry is not a confirmed booking.
