Before you send a request

A conversation comes first
Submitting a request expresses interest. It does not reserve a time, conclude a sale or authorize a charge. The studio reviews availability and the proposed scope. This site currently does not accept online payments. Keep your private request link to review status, correct a preferred date or withdraw the request.
A confirmed scheduling status records the studio’s scheduling decision. It does not replace your review and acceptance of a final written quote and any service agreement. A change to a confirmed appointment must be reviewed; the previous appointment remains in effect until a new time is accepted.
Travel beyond the region
Based mainly in Ottawa–Gatineau. Projects outside the region are welcome, with travel quoted individually.
Your itemized quote includes applicable return travel distance and time, parking, tolls and accommodation. You receive and approve the complete price, including applicable taxes and agreed extras, before booking or payment. No travel charge is added automatically.
Prices and the final scope
Current starting points are CAD250 for Portraits and CAD450 for Together. The standard Gatherings package covers three hours and starts at CAD900, with a CAD1,000 ceiling for that standard package. Longer coverage, a different event type or a larger scope may cost more and receive a separate tailored quote. No extra hours or upgrades are added automatically.
Image counts, delivery timing, location, travel, retouching and usage terms shown on this site remain proposals. Before any binding commitment, the studio must provide a written scope, total amount and any applicable tax, extra or travel charge, payment arrangements, delivery terms, cancellation and rescheduling terms, and image-use permissions. Tax registration and whether prices include tax have not yet been confirmed; the service area alone does not determine tax treatment.
You can review, correct or decline the final proposal before agreeing. Retain a copy of the written quote and final terms. No deposit amount, payment method or cancellation fee is established by this site.
Records and service updates
Your request retains the proposed package and request terms displayed when you sent it. Later price edits do not rewrite that original request. Email acknowledgements and status notices describe your request only; optional reminders can be turned off using its private management link. An email marked accepted means the email provider accepted it, rather than a guarantee of inbox delivery.
