Privacy and your information

Updated October 16, 2026. This explains how the studio handles session requests and your information.

What you share and why

A session request or inquiry includes your name, email, any optional telephone number, requested service, preferred date and time, location text and message. We use this information to review your request, discuss the plan, manage scheduling and respond about that service. Please avoid including sensitive information that is unnecessary for your request.

The service retains request status, changes, the proposed package and request terms at submission, and communication processing records. The studio can add internal notes to manage a request. The private management link grants access to that request; keep it private.

Campaign and referral sources

When you send an inquiry, we save any campaign tags from the link you followed, the first and most recent source in this browser tab, the public landing page path, an external referring domain and any optional referral answer you provide. This helps us follow inquiries through quotes and confirmed bookings. Tags stay in this tab for up to 24 hours; no advertising tracker, cross-site identifier, private request token or full referring URL is collected by this feature. Avoid putting personal information in campaign tags or referral answers. This does not subscribe you to marketing.

Hosting and service providers

The application is hosted through OpenAI Sites, with Cloudflare-backed application hosting and database infrastructure. Those services process the information needed to operate the application. Information may be processed outside Québec or Canada; this service does not promise Canadian-only storage. Customer requests do not require a ChatGPT account. Studio management uses OpenAI sign-in and session services.

This site does not sell customer information or use request details for advertising. It has no automatic marketing campaign.

Google email and calendar connection

Only the studio owner connects a Google account. When authorized and activated, Gmail sends factual request acknowledgements and service updates using the studio’s connected Google account. Optional session reminders follow your request preference. The app does not read the owner’s inbox. Google receives the recipient and message content needed to send each email.

Calendar access checks busy periods and synchronizes studio appointments in the owner’s primary calendar. The application stores the owner’s verified account identity, encrypted offline authorization material, event identifiers and scheduling records. Google receives appointment details required for calendar synchronization. Customers do not need to connect Google or grant calendar access.

Google account access is used only to provide the disclosed email and scheduling features. Google data is not used to train an AI model or for advertising. The owner can disconnect the Google account in the studio workspace; this clears the stored authorization and pauses the integration.

Optional address suggestions

Manual entry always works. After you choose the address-search control, Photon, a public service run by komoot using OpenStreetMap data, provides nearby Canadian place suggestions in your selected language. Only the typed place query and language are sent, with an Ottawa–Gatineau search bias; your name, email, telephone and booking message are not included. Searches use a brief in-memory cache to reduce repeated provider requests; the application does not log or durably store search queries. If Google Places is configured later, it is used instead and receives the query. The displayed provider identifies which service is used. If you select a Photon suggestion, the request retains its OpenStreetMap object identity, label, coordinates, provider, your original text and the selection source. Google selections retain only the Google place ID, provider, original text and source; Google labels and coordinates stay transient. Editing the text clears the previous selection. A suggestion does not verify ownership, access or postal deliverability. The public Photon service has no availability guarantee, and manual entry remains usable if it is unavailable or throttled.

Choices, access and correction

You may choose whether to receive optional reminders and change that preference using your private request link. Necessary acknowledgements and status updates concern the service you requested. You may withdraw a request through that link or contact the studio to ask about access, correction or deletion of your information. Some records may need to be retained for an applicable legal obligation; no fixed retention period has yet been approved.
